Privacy Policy

In accordance with its mission, SAFOZI strives to offer our clients the best possible hosting in the industry. Our commitment to protecting the personal information entrusted to us by our CLIENTS is an integral part of this mission. This policy has been prepared to inform you of our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information provided to SAFOZI. For the purposes of this policy, the term “CLIENT” is defined as any person who has subscribed to SAFOZI’s SERVICES or any person in the process of subscribing to these SERVICES.

Our obligations apply to all directors, officers, employees, consultants and agents who provide services to SAFOZI or on its behalf in connection with the provision of SERVICES to our CLIENTS.

If you have any questions, concerns or complaints about (i) access to your personal information or your clients’ access to their personal data hosted by SAFOZI; (ii) our collection, use, management or disclosure of personal information; or (iii) this policy; please contact the Abuse Department at support@safozi.com, tel: +216 70 036 675. Personal information is information that relates to an identifiable person or can be identified, with the exception of professional data.

SAFOZI collects the following information from its CLIENTS:

Contact information (names, addresses, emails, telephone numbers);
Technical data (information about your computer, including your IP address, the type of operating system and browser you use, the computer’s location, domain type, your internet service provider, the pages you visit on our site and the links you click, as well as other sites you have recently visited);
Information about purchases made;
Information about customer satisfaction and their opinion of the services; 
Social media profile data such as Facebook and Twitter if you follow SAFOZI through these social networks.
SAFOZI also collects personal information from the customers of its customers who host this data with SAFOZI.

SAFOZI collects your personal information when you fill out the electronic order form for SERVICES through its website https://www.safozi.com or when you or your clients use the SERVICES. SAFOZI also collects personal information when you contact it or through the forum available on its website.

SAFOZI also collects certain information when you visit its website https://www.SAFOZI.com/fr/. While browsing the internet, you will encounter a technology called “cookies,” which can provide you with specific information from a website while also giving the website operator information about you. Session cookies are small pieces of information that are deleted as soon as you close your web browser or turn off your computer. Session cookies are used to improve website navigation and to collect aggregated statistical information. This site uses session cookies, but only for the purpose of recording information transmitted during the session.

We install a persistent electronic tracker to monitor and target the interests of our users in order to improve their experience using our site and our SERVICES.

Most web browsers are designed by default to accept cookies. If you do not want to accept cookies, you can configure your browser to refuse them or to notify you when cookies are sent. You can also select the “public computer” option on our website, which will disable all cookie tracking.

SAFOZI collects information provided in writing (including via electronic media) or verbally about its CLIENTS to provide and improve the SERVICES, which includes:

If you purchase SERVICES through the SAFOZI website using a credit card, your credit card information is used solely to process your SERVICE order by SAFOZI.

This information is for internal use only and in aggregate form, to better serve visitors to the SAFOZI website by helping us to:
Administer our sites
; Diagnose any technical problems;
Improve website content;
For statistical purposes
; Information on purchases made.
Use:
For marketing purposes of other services to its CLIENTS, including through discounts to CLIENTS pro rata to the fees paid for SERVICES to SAFOZI;
Information on CLIENT satisfaction and opinion on SERVICES;

For marketing purposes of other services to its CLIENTS, to communicate with CLIENTS and offer various discounts to clients.

SAFOZI does not disclose any personal information without the consent of the individual concerned unless required to do so by law.

SAFOZI shares the following information with its business partners to enable it to provide SERVICES to its CLIENTS: the name, address, telephone number, and email address of its CLIENTS. When SAFOZI shares personal information with its business partners, it ensures, through contractual agreements, that a comparable level of protection is provided to the personal information being processed by these partners.

SAFOZI maintains a relationship with an ad server company, but does not allow any ad server company to collect information about users of its website such as domain type, Internet Protocol address and information provided by clicking. 

Please note that there are circumstances that justify or authorize the disclosure of personal information, or that require SAFOZI to disclose this information without the consent of the individual concerned. These may include:

When required by law or a court order, administrative body, or other governmental tribunal;
when SAFOZI has reasonable grounds to believe it is necessary to protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of a significant person or group;
when SAFOZI needs the information to pursue legal remedies available to it or to limit any damages claimed against SAFOZI; or
when the information is public.
In cases where SAFOZI is required or permitted to disclose information without the consent of the individual concerned, it will not disclose any information beyond what the circumstances require.

Unless permitted by law, no personal information will be collected without first obtaining the consent of the individual concerned for the collection, use, and disclosure of that information. SAFOZI will request your consent for each new proposed use of your personal data. 

When a CLIENT consents, their contact information will be used by SAFOZI solely for the purposes stated in this policy. If the CLIENT refuses to give their consent or does not indicate whether or not they consent, then SAFOZI will only use their contact information to communicate with them and will not disclose this information to anyone.

If a CLIENT wishes to withdraw their consent for SAFOZI to disclose information about them to its business partners, the CLIENT must communicate their refusal to SAFOZI using the contact details provided above.

SAFOZI ensures that all personal information provided by its CLIENTS and in its possession is accurate, current, and as complete as necessary for the purposes for which SAFOZI uses this information. If SAFOZI discovers that the information is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, it will review the personal information and, if necessary, ensure that any third parties to whom this inaccurate information has been provided can also correct their records. Information about a former CLIENT is not corrected, and as long as SAFOZI holds it, it cannot guarantee its accuracy.

SAFOZI retains your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. This period may be extended after the termination of the relationship between the CLIENT and SAFOZI, but will only last as long as required for SAFOZI to contact you or to gather sufficient information to resolve any issues that may arise at a later date. When SAFOZI no longer needs your personal information, it uses methods designed to destroy, delete, erase, or convert this information into anonymized form.

Currently, Tunisia is the main location where SAFOZI stores this personal information. 

The data centers from which SAFOZI customers can benefit and create services are located mainly in La Kasbah (Tunisia), Paris (France), Madrid (Spain), Ablesserdam and Amsterdam (Netherlands), Miami and Sacramento (USA), Melbourne (Australia) and Lagos (Nigeria).

SAFOZI is committed to maintaining an adequate level of physical, procedural, and technical security in its offices and data storage facilities to prevent any unauthorized access, disclosure, reproduction, use, or modification of CLIENTS’ personal information. This principle also applies to how SAFOZI disposes of or destroys this personal information. 

SAFOZI provides enhanced protection for this personal information by restricting access to only those employees who, according to SAFOZI management, need to know this information in order to provide SAFOZI’s products, services and information.

If a SAFOZI employee misuses this personal information, this will be considered a serious offense and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal. If an individual or organization misuses this personal information—provided for the purpose of offering services to or on behalf of SAFOZI—this will be considered a serious offense and may result in action, up to and including termination of any agreement between SAFOZI and the offending individual or organization.

We regularly review our procedures and security measures to ensure they remain effective and adequate.

SAFOZI authorizes access to the personal information it holds about a CLIENT and strives to provide this information within a reasonable timeframe, specifically within 30 days of the request. Access costs cannot be prohibitive, and access cannot result in the disclosure of other parties’ personal information or information otherwise protected by law. When SAFOZI determines that such information cannot or will not be disclosed, it will provide the requesting party with the reasons for this refusal. SAFOZI’s personal information and access procedures can be obtained by contacting the Designated Person.

SAFOZI will not charge a CLIENT for verifying or correcting their personal information. 

Users of SAFOZI websites can access information SAFOZI holds about them, collected during their visits to the SAFOZI website, as well as information about their account. Users can request corrections in case of inaccuracies in their contact information. Users can request this access and any necessary corrections by sending an email to the designated person.

This policy became effective on March 1, 2018.  SAFOZI will periodically update and revise its privacy practices and the content of this policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted on the SAFOZI website: www.SAFOZI.com and published in relevant SAFOZI publications. Changes to this policy will apply to information collected from the date of posting on the SAFOZI website onward, as well as to information already held by SAFOZI.
