Founder of SAFOZI
Mr. Zied OULED ALI, founder of SAFOZI, is an Economics Engineer who graduated from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in November 2009. He specialized in Business Administration, Corporate Finance, and Applied Mathematics for Financial Markets.
Mr. OULED ALI began his professional career in Management Consulting and Strategy. In September 2010, he joined the CIE – Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at KIT as a Start-up Manager, where he was responsible for securing funding for incubated start-ups. This role culminated in the successful financing of a start-up in the capital management sector in April 2011.
He subsequently continued working as an independent entrepreneurship consultant. Following the Tunisian Revolution, Mr. OULED ALI decided to return to Tunisia to contribute to the reconstruction and development of his country.
His first professional experience in Tunisia began in January 2012 at a Tunisian consulting firm, where he worked as a consultant on a $2.5 billion investment project dedicated to establishing a multidisciplinary private higher-education institution. As part of this major challenge, he served as Project Management Manager.
In January 2013, Mr. OULED ALI devoted himself fully to launching SAFOZI and developing its incubation activities.
Mr. Zied OULED ALI is fluent in Arabic, German, English, and French.

Dr. Fouad OMRI
Founder of SAFOZI, Product Management & Technology and Innovation Advisor
Dr. Fouad OMRI, co-founder of SAFOZI, is a computer scientist who also graduated from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), specializing in Software Engineering in January 2010.
He began his career as a Scientific Researcher at the KIT Institute of Software Engineering, where he pursued his doctoral research on “Weighted Statistical Testing for Software Reliability Assessment.”
Thanks to his strong background in mathematics, Dr. OMRI conducted research in several fields, including sensor systems, heuristic optimization, data organization, risk management, and mathematical finance applied to technology.
He has published several scientific papers in international conferences and journals, including the International Workshop on Formal Engineering Approaches to Software Components and Architecture and the International Conference on Software Engineering.
He has also worked as a consultant for companies partnering with the institute. At 1&1 Internet AG, he worked as a Cloud Computing Specialist, contributing to the launch and management of the 1&1 Cloud Lab. He also served as a Product Manager in the 1&1 Server and Tools department.
Dr. Fouad OMRI is fluent in Arabic, German, English, and French.
M. Mohamed BOUSSORA
Advisor to the Founders of SAFOZI and Member of the Board of Directors
Mr. Mohamed BOUSSORA, advisor to the founders of SAFOZI and a member of its Board of Directors, holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a DEA (Advanced Studies Diploma) in Software Engineering from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM) and McGill University.
Mr. BOUSSORA began his professional career in Canada and has more than 20 years of national and international experience in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry.
His areas of expertise include IT security, Cloud Computing, and end-to-end management of technology projects.
In addition, Mr. BOUSSORA has more than 13 years of entrepreneurial experience. He has established several companies serving local and international clients across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, retail, finance and banking, government, energy, agri-food, pharmaceuticals, and more.
Mr. Mohamed BOUSSORA is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
Dr. Fedi El ARBI
Advisor to the Founder of SAFOZI
Mr. Fedi EL ARBI is an Information Technology Engineer who graduated from the University of Karlsruhe and holds a PhD in Management from the European Business School.
During the first three years of his career, he worked as a Researcher at the European Business School, where he conducted research and consulting projects focusing on project management and supplier management.
Mr. Fedi EL ARBI currently works as a Management Assistant at KPMG in Munich, Germany. He primarily supports large German companies in the establishment of shared service centers and the optimization of their financial processes.
Mr. Fedi EL ARBI is fluent in Arabic, German, English, and French.
M. Mohamed ABOUDA
Advisor to the Founder of SAFOZI and Member of the Board of Directors
Mr. Mohamed ABOUDA is an Electronics Engineer with more than 25 years of international experience in software development, project management, program management, business development, marketing, sales, strategy, and subsidiary management within leading European and American companies.
Throughout his professional career, Mr. ABOUDA has gained extensive experience in industries including solar energy, industrial marking and identification, smart cards, and personal identification systems, including biometrics, databases, identity cards, and electronic passports.
Mr. Mohamed ABOUDA is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
